He’s Just Not That Into You: Another Romantic Comedy

He's Just Not That Into You

Witty, to the point, and a bit sad, He’s Just Not That Into You involves the worn out troubles of relationships, but at the same time is still an enjoyable movie

The film playfully bounces around the lives of six characters who all struggle with relationships, whether it be with marriage or dating. All loosely connected, the characters to some extent derive from Gigi, a young woman who has trouble reading the signals given by her dates. Other well known actors in the cast are Jennifer Aniston, Ben Affleck, and Scarlett Johansson. Read more…

This feeling of accomplishment comes from Lloyd’s many contributions to the Obama campaign. Read more…

Five weeks into the project, Warren stopped handing out postcards, but they kept coming. People started sending in their own secrets on postcards, coloring book pages, comic strips, coffee sleeves, and even fruit. After two months, what had started out as “one crazy idea” of an art project turned into thousands of postcards, four books, and a blog. Read more…

Too Cool For Gucci

In today’s fast paced society, it’s hard to keep up with the latest fashion trends. Right when you cough up the money to buy that Coach bag you wanted, some fashion designer in New York deems it out of style and in an instant, Gucci bags become the new hot item. Now what? You could bare the embarrassing and possibly life-ending burden that is having an un-cool bag. Or, you could get the money (acquired from your loving parents or earned through hard work) to buy the new purse and spare yourself the social pain and suffering, all the while knowing that next month both of your bags will be out dated and therefore unused. It’s a lose-lose situation. Read more…
